Monthly, annual, and trend disclosure of investor complaints received and resolved, as prescribed by SEBI for Research Analysts.

Mission: Every investor should be able to invest in the right investment products based on their needs, manage and monitor them to meet their goals, access reports, and enjoy financial wellness.

2 Business Activities of the Research Analyst

  • To publish research reports based on the research activities of the Research Analyst.

  • To provide an independent, unbiased view on securities.

  • To offer unbiased recommendations, disclosing financial interests in recommended securities.

  • To provide research recommendations based on analysis of publicly available information and known observations.

  • To conduct audit annually.

  • To ensure all advertisements adhere to the Advertisement Code for Research Analysts.

  • To maintain records of interactions with all clients, including prospective clients prior to onboarding, where any conversation related to research services has taken place.

3 Services Provided to Investors

Onboarding of Clients

  • Sharing of terms and conditions of research services.

  • Completing KYC of fee-paying clients.

Disclosure to Clients

  • Disclosure of information material to an informed decision, including business activity, disciplinary history, terms and conditions of research services, details of associates, and risks and conflicts of interest, if any.

  • Disclosure of the extent of use of Artificial Intelligence tools in providing research services.

  • Disclosure, while distributing a third-party research report, of any material conflict of interest of such third-party provider, or a web address directing to the relevant disclosures.

  • Disclosure of any conflict of interest between research services and other activities of the Research Analyst.

  • Distribution of research reports and recommendations to clients without discrimination.

  • Maintaining confidentiality of research reports until made available in the public domain.

  • Respecting data privacy rights of clients and protecting against unauthorised use of confidential information.

  • Disclosure of service timelines and adherence to those timelines.

  • Providing clear guidance and adequate caution when recommending complex or high-risk financial products and services.

  • Treating all clients with honesty and integrity.

  • Ensuring confidentiality of client information unless required by law or specifically consented to by the client.

4 Grievance Redressal Mechanism

If you have a grievance, you may approach the Company directly, who shall strive to redress it immediately and in any case not later than 21 days from receipt.

If unresolved, complaints can be escalated through SEBI's centralised, web-based grievance system, with a first-level review by the Research Analyst Administration and Supervisory Body (RAASB) and a second-level review by SEBI. If still unsatisfied, you may pursue online conciliation or arbitration.

5 Investor Rights

  • Right to digital accessibility.

  • Right to privacy and confidentiality.

  • Right to transparent practices.

  • Right to fair and equitable treatment.

  • Right to adequate information.

  • Right to initial and continuing disclosure, including all statutory and regulatory disclosures.

  • Right to fair & true advertisement.

  • Right to awareness of service parameters and turnaround times, including the timelines for each service.

  • Right to be heard and to satisfactory, timely grievance redressal.

  • Right to exit from a financial product or service as per agreed terms and conditions.

  • Right to receive clear guidance and a caution notice when dealing in complex and high-risk financial products and services.

  • Additional rights for vulnerable consumers — right to access services in a suitable manner, even if differently abled.

  • Right to provide feedback on financial products and services used.

  • Right against coercive, unfair, and one-sided clauses in financial agreements.

6 Investor Responsibilities

Do's

  • Always deal with a SEBI-registered Research Analyst, and verify a valid registration certificate.

  • Verify SEBI registration on the official list of registered Research Analysts.

  • Always pay attention to disclosures made in research reports before investing.

  • Pay your Research Analyst only through banking channels and retain duly signed receipts. Fee-paying clients may use RAASB's Centralized Fee Collection Mechanism (CeFCoM) where applicable.

  • Check the research recommendation provided before buying, selling, or applying in a public offer.

  • Ask questions and seek clarity, especially for complex or high-risk products.

  • Know that you have the right to stop the service and to give feedback, as per agreed terms.

  • Know that you are not bound by any clause that contravenes regulatory provisions.

  • Inform SEBI if a Research Analyst offers assured or guaranteed returns.

Don'ts

  • Do not provide funds for investment to the Research Analyst.

  • Do not fall prey to luring advertisements or market rumours.

  • Do not get attracted to limited-period discounts, gifts, or other incentives.

  • Do not share login credentials or passwords of your trading, demat, or bank accounts.
